The place has three spaces: interior, terrace, and second floor.nThe interior is comfortable, with warm lighting. The terrace is cooler and has more tables. The second floor is somewhat small.nThe pasta is delicious, as is the coffee.nThe only thing is that if it's your first time in Matagalpa, it might be a bit difficult to find because the entrance is down an alley.

One of my greatest culinary discoveries in Nicaragua!nPasta like in Italy and to top it off, excellent service!nPlus, they don't cheat with tipping by automatically adding 10% to the bill. I really appreciated their honesty.nThe “salame de chocolate” is to die for.nI highly recommend it if you pass through Matagalpa!

I ordered some food to celebrate my mom’s 94 birthday and WOW WOW WOW was everything. The ravioles and lasagna were amazing, the salad delicious, the bread freshly made and the Schiacciatta incredible. But the best of all was the restaurant’s commitment to good food and great service. The owner himself kept in touch to ensure that everything was right on and he personally delivered it with his team. I highly recommend this restaurant.
