Yahongreh completely blew me away with its warm atmosphere, delicious food, and incredibly kind staff. Tucked away just enough to feel like a local secret, it quickly became one of my favorite dining spots in Roatán.nnThe menu is packed with flavorful, homemade dishes that showcase the island’s rich culinary culture — everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of heart. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll find something comforting and satisfying. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you’re getting.nnThe service was personal and welcoming — you truly feel like family from the moment you walk in. If you want an authentic Roatán food experience, Yahongreh is the place to go. Don’t miss it!
Best daily breakfast on the island! Simple quick and easy.
Very tasty, large selection, and affordable. My favorite place to eat on Roatán. Takeout is also available. Delicious cakes, too.
A good breakfast place on the island, price is reasonable. A nice & cozy place. English menu available. Server speaks English. We had Banana pancakes, bagel with egg, fresh fruit salad. Pancake was ok other food was good. We enjoyed breakfast here. I recommend this place.
Located on site of Hotel Chillies and Native Sons. Great food, including baleadas, for a very reasonable price. Had breakfast and lunch there everyday I was diving, except Monday as they are closed.
We were staying by French Harbor and decided to take a scooter ride to try this restaurant. While the place itself was charming, the experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming service. The woman taking our order was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome, which took away from the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the meal. A more hospitable approach would greatly enhance the dining experience.
Great place for breakfast. Very relax. Not open on Mondays, though. If you’re staying in the Half Moon Bay area, stop by.nFruit blends are delicious.
This has been my go to for breakfast and lunch, never heard of a baleada before coming down from the United States, if you love refried beans and quesadillas at all you need to try. Super delicious and very reasonably priced. I think I have ordered about ever combination available! Egg is a go to for breakfast and their chorizo is upper tasty as well!!! If your staying in west end Roatan don’t pass this place up!!!
The best smoothies & baleadas in West End. We are there every morning!
Local authentic baleadas, ya hongreh braddah? nuff said
Delicious hole in the wall place with authentic food. We had breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. The portions were big, prices were cheap and the smoothie was delicious!
If you're looking to save some money and get a quick, quality breakfast or snack, come here. I got the banana pancakes and a smoothie almost every morning and it was great.
Nice little shop to get really good baleadas at. We got chorizo and chicken. The chorizo was delicious! The iced coffee turned out to a whipped/blended instant coffee but it was pretty tasty.
Good food and vibes, the girls tending the shop can give more smile.
FANTASTIC spot for some baleadas recommended to us by Roatan Divers. The food is affordable, delicious, and quick. We also got two of their fruit juices (blackberry and Jamaica) and they were delicious and refreshing.
Yummy baleadas, and for super cheap! Quick, kind service! Cute place!
Great lunch spot in between dives or taking a break from the beach. Super yummy baleadas and quick service.
Best baledas are here! Super cheap and tasty. Try an aguas frescas too.
Came here almost everyday for lunch and was always super tasty! Highly recommend
Delicious, affordable, and fast! This was the perfect casual post-dive pick me up :) We had jamaica juice, iced coffee with condensed milk, baleadas, and pancakes. The pancakes were good but I wish we saved more stomach space for the baleadas because they were soooo good. Baleadas were fresh, soft and crispy, and flavorful!nnThis was the only place we ate in West End, but after many mediocre and overpriced meals in West Bay, this place had us questioning if we were just eating in wrong neighborhood! Yanhongreh is so good!!
Love this quaint breakfast & lunch location. Ladies behind the counter are very nice. Food is all made from scratch. Delicious and cheap. A must stop!
Very nice breakfast and lunch spot!n-This place is known to locals as a very good and cheap place to eat. Very good quality food too. If you ask anyone in town about good breakfast they will say here.n-They open early, at 7am, so you can get here and eat breakfast before most dive shops leave for the first dive in the morning.n-Simple menu, with very fair prices. best prices for breakfast in town.n-I ate the same thing each time, the fruit, yogurt, and granola dish. It was a big bowl of fruit layered with yogurt. The yogurt was good, sometimes yogurt in other countries is a bit off, but this was great every time. The fruit was bananas, Papayas, and pineapple. with a good amount of granola on top.n-Served pretty fast.n-They do have limited seating, 3 tables in front of the window, and a side garden patio seating, but you can order for here or to go.n-i didnt try the smoothies but i saw some and they looked very good.nI highly recommend this local gem to everyone.
Fantastic food! Nancy makes the best baleadas in the island at a fair price. Her smoothies are also delicious. We came for lunch every single day for two weeks straight - that's how good Yahongreh food is.
Very good eatery in the West End. Baleadas were outstanding, and my wife's bagel sandwich was superb.nnIf you're hungry for good food, check this place out.
