I give these ratings sparingly. I enjoy different foods from around the world. Sultan is some of the best North African food I have enjoyed in any country. It's disappointing that the local culture is so ignorant of anything other than churrasco, jalapeno chicken, and gallo pinto. People need to try the excellent quisin that Sultan offers.

I’ve spent a lot of time in various Arab countries so feel like I have a good idea of what the food should taste like.nnThe meat in the sandwich was good (and still hot even after delivery). But it could use some more spices to achieve the classic “shawarma” flavor. Loved that they included a spicy sauce and white sauce on the side. The pita bread wasn’t the best, probably just needed to be warmed up a bit before serving. The hummus was decent though a bit thinner than I’m used to.nnOverall, I would order from here again and I think it’s awesome that Arab cuisine is available in Managua! !شكرا
Haven’t had delicious Halal meet for a while.nEl Sultán restaurant was the only Halal food in the area.nThe owner Numan welcomed us with a nice smile and free tea.nWe ordered meat kebab which comes in a plate with hummus, bread, salad and rice which was tasty and even my kids loved it. Except the side of salad wasn’t the best.nWe also ordered Mansaff which was looking great and tasted really good, if it was with a white rice it would have been better but we enjoyed it anyway.nPrices are really good and affordable.nI highly recommend this place and if I have the chance to come back, I will definitely do it.
