I discovered Quiminza somewhat by chance, but we were pleasantly surprised by the service, the location, and especially the food.nWe stayed one night. The farm is a five-minute walk from the town of Santandercito.nIt's very small, cozy, and quiet.nThe farm has a family-friendly atmosphere, but you can also enjoy your own room with plenty of privacy if you prefer.nThe farm has a sourdough bakery, including pizzas, which are truly worth trying. The salami and Hawaiian pizzas were incredible.nIt's a space where you can schedule various workshops, hike, and even find nearby waterfalls. They'll provide detailed guidance.
It's a beautiful place, it has delicious chocolate for the soul, it's a house with very pretty rooms to have a drink, order a slice of cake or some delicious guava bread, inside the room you find an exhibition of creations from the women of the region (necklaces, earrings, rings, among others) as well as from its owner who creates mists and tonics, in addition to other natural products such as toothpastes, soaps and deodorants. I'm a fan of these since I've taken some. They are recommended.

The connection with nature and birds in Químinza is spectacular, Alma de Cacao, an artisanal bakery with a delicious poppy cake and exquisite chocolate bread.

We got to know and love this warm place through an acquaintance. The family that brought this place to life is incredibly friendly, open-minded and interested in their guests. Each family member contributes their passions and explains the products. The coffee, cocoa, cake and bread are very tasty and wholesome. And all of this on a beautifully situated terrace with a view of the countryside and nature. Congratulations on a little paradise and thank you very much for your hospitality!
