Although partially more expensive than the actual quality of the dishes, I had a good time in this restaurant. The dishes are tasty, without unnecessary frills, making the food naturally good. The raw materials are of medium-high quality, partly justifying the unusual final expense. As regards the overall climate, it is worth highlighting the friendliness of the staff, who are particularly professional and well disposed towards customers. Ultimately the only relevant note to make is on the cleanliness of the rooms, which can be reviewed. Particular praise goes to the red meats, masterfully cooked.nFinal note, a curiosity about the biography of the owner, Alessio Casimirri. He is a former member of the Red Brigades, already participating in three executions, including the kidnapping of Aldo Moro.
Excellent option for Mediterranean food, a varied menu with more than 100 options and exclusive and Gourmet recipes. It is an excellent option for those who have a demanding palate and love seafood.
Good food. Only I ordered two things on the menu and they didn't have them. For it was Sunday we were only 2 tables, the waiter was not so friendly and a little slow. Needs more spark.
Very nice nice place very good food
The best place in Nicaragua to try Italo-Nicaraguan gastronomic fusions, many Seafood options
Very tasty, but very expensive.
It's a nice place, with a limited menu but that delivers in quality and service.
A generous menu to choose from, satisfying all tastes.nExcellent food, service, and atmosphere. Thank you.
Excellent, I recommend them.
Terrible service and food.
Simple but pleasant place, and the food is of excellent taste, especially the marinated tuna dishes, it really deserves to eat there to try something of international quality.
This chef, this restaurant, is today the national branch, lugubriously efficient, of the largest multinational crime company humanity has ever known.nnFor some time the human avant-gardes have identified the Restaurante Cueva del Buzo, the most ferocious enemy of the proletariat, the most sinister congregation of any reactionary maneuver.
Amazing flavors, service and ambience. FOOD WAS COLD WHEN SERVED.
An unjustifiably expensive place 6 samples of spaghetti $60!!!!!! In fact, New Year's Eve, the place is empty, just us idiots!!nOf course the comrade who wanted the revolution has made a big change!!!
Very good all the attention and their food menu
Extremely expensive and food is whatever. Nothing special
Excellent service and very delicious food
I went to dinner with my wife, and the food wasn't bad, but it was a bit unbalanced in terms of price and quality. I ordered Peruvian octopus, risotto, and carbonara pasta. Everything was good, but not worth paying around $18 a plate. What I liked least was the carbonara, which wasn't cooked well. It wasn't creamy or Parmesan-flavored, and it seems like they used the whole egg instead of egg yolk, making it more like scrambled eggs.
Excellent lunch with the usual quality and presentation. Five super well-deserved stars.
Exceptional. We know this restaurant, always a guarantee. We ate very well.
In love with pasta. Excellent.
All the dishes were delicious, excellent service and dedication from the owner/chef and his team.nAlways ask what ingredients are in what you order and also the size of the service because you can have half.
Food is good service , if you are patient enough will be fine
The best Italian and seafood restaurant in the country, deep attention to detail, authentic food prepared with extensive knowledge of its ingredients. The only bad thing is that there are no more restaurants like this in the country.
