The food was amazing and the whole menu is vegetarian, so it's easy to find something great. No doubt the other dishes are equally great. Totally recommend especially for vegetarians/vegans!

Excellent seasoning, the appetizers and main courses are delicious. I recommend the green noodles and the Spanish omelet, as well as the salads. The dining room is spacious and airy, and it's very close to the main square. The bathrooms are clean. The waitress is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant; the service is first-class.

One of the tastiest vegetarian restaurants we have ever visited!nI had a mango salad with avocado and tomato, which was super fruity and delicious. The Lomo Saltado was also excellent! Both were even vegan. We treated ourselves to a tiramisu for dessert, which was also great. The prices for the menu are just as fair.nIf you're here in Trujillo, you definitely have to stop by Ecofusion. I can recommend the restaurant with full conviction.
