My favourite restaurant in Arequipa. I normally don't choose vegetarian sushi, but this place does some of the best sushi I've ever had (so much so I went twice).nnIt's also really well priced. I'd recommend going for the nigiris and gunkan with the makis, and trying the ceviche which is a get vegan take on a classic.nnThe courtyard is also really cool and representative of the city's architecture.
It was good but nothing more.nWe first ordered a mango, passion fruit and ginger juice which had no flavor. We think he was water cut. For the rest it was good but nothing extraordinary. The flavors weren't crazy. It was pretty bland. The sizes were quite small but it's not expensive so that's normal.nThe decor is sublime, very sober in the Japanese style. It was a little cold too because the doors are open to the outside. We ate in coats. Damage
Very tasty vegan sushi, super chill atmosphere.nLunch menu with 16 sushi and drink for 20 soles
A must-visit place for vegetarians and sushi lovers! It's very hard to find good sushi, and vegetarian one at that! Great discovery, I highly recommend, especially mango maki and miso soup! THANKS!
Excellent concept and quality of food. A different maki menu with delicious and healthy flavors. The dessert in makis or chocolate, apple and banana rolls was a revelation. I recommend them.
It's delicious but not very filling if you want to get by for less than 50 soles per person.nnThe miso soup is a treat, but even for 5 soles it is ridiculously small (a cup of coffee).nThe gyozas are not very filling but excellent.nSushi as well, although in the 16-piece combos, there are 6 tiny makis with only rice and a tiny bit of either avocado or spinach.nThe other pieces are succulent, you forget that it's vegan even when you're used to eating classic sushi.nThe service is OK although quite cold, you can hardly hear the waiters talking, muttering quietly for some reason (the two we had in any case).
Very tasty meal here. The service seems a bit distant at first, but the owner is actually very friendly. Nice location too.
I want to return to Arequipa just for those wonderful sushi!!
Excellent food, very nice location. We would have appreciated a better interaction with the stuff, because we wanted to order the dessert, but after a while nobody was paying attention to our table so we decided to go and take a piece of cake somewhere else.
I got here by mistake. I didn't know it was a vegan place. But now looking at the menu I gave him the opportunity to try several sushi. Delicious, very very rich. I would return…
Delicious food. Wonderful owner.
Excellent food, comfortable prices, nice atmosphere, good pisco sour.
First, in a restaurant they tell me that I should not consume. It happened when I asked for soy sauce, how I like Sushi and Japanese food.
We ordered makis and a ceviche that were very tasty. 10/10.
The best restaurant in Arequipa!
Exceptional. No traditional sushi here. Rather vegetarian-oriented, this restaurant is an experience in itself.
Had such great sushi, wine and dumplings here! Not only was the food yummy, but the service was incredible too. Highly recommend!
I have gone to many vegan restaurants in Los Angeles. Didn’t know I had to come all the way to Arequipa to get a low fat, low sugar tasty vegan sushi. At an amazing price. Would recommend
The vegan sushi has convinced me! It was delicious and the prices were totally okay! Also the service was nice and courteous! The location was also nice! I definetly would come again!
Lovely vegan sushi nVery unique place. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staffnWould highly recommend!
First time having vegan sushi.nIt was delicious.nI went there not knowing it was vegan, and with a crazy sushi craving...nI didn't know what to expect, but it blew me away. I am going back in the next few days to try more rolls.nThe place is beautiful and the staff very friendly.
Incredible vegan sushi for a really good price. Some of the best sushi I have ever eaten! Wow
We’ve tried the ceviche and the gyoza. The vegan “ceviche” was made of some long stripes of vegetables in soy sauce. The gyoza was a bad choice. It was tasteless - dried dough (not steamed or fried) with some small pieces of non-seasoned vegetables inside, the worst we ever had.nI cannot recommend these dishes.nThe ale beer was great.nReading all the positive reviews - we probably should have chosen the sushi
Delicious sushi, a bit of a shame that there is little fish sushi. Lots of vegetable sushi. But the taste is no less.
The restaurant has an elegant, clean and pure style. Diverse and highly aesthetic dishes. However, there are not many choices for drinks.
We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant. The food was simply amazing - fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was wonderful. And the restaurant is lovely. I appreciated having an amazing vegan dining experience
Estupendo!nReally great choice, taste and prices. I can recommend to the most demanding tongues. I hope, however, for more fusion with the local food- a platano sushi would be great to experiment with! It’s all in your hands! We had a great lunch :) thanks!
Best vegan sushi I ever had
