What it offers for the price has nothing to do with the poor service and the food outside being served cold and delayed.

Such a cute spot!nI absolutely loved this place , the vibe is cozy and chill, perfect for a relaxed meal. The ramen was flavorful and comforting, and the bao buns were super soft and packed with delicious fillings. You can really tell they put care into every dish. Service was friendly and quick, and the overall atmosphere made me want to stay way longer than planned. Definitely a hidden gem I’ll be coming back to!

I like ramen. I have eaten a lot of ramen. I like to make ramen. This place, they make good ramen. I think I've tried all of the vegan ramens in Medellin and Ginger's is my favorite.
A friend knows I’m vegan, and invited me to lunch here. What a lovely experience. Located in the heart of Laureles, this husband and wife owned restaurant is quaint, yet vibrant. Offering a wholesome meal for vegetarians and vegans alike, the blending of flavors represented by the menu are unlike anything I’ve experienced in Medellín. I have a pretty picky diet, so I ordered the portobello tacos but requested them without the shells. It was superb! A beautiful cashew sauce and pico accompanied the fried shrooms. Washed it down with a delicious hot mangosteen tea. All for less than $8 USD. I will definitely be back to support this wonderful place.

Don’t waste your time eating anywhere else, doesn’t matter if you’re vegan or not Creative vegan menu with great variety, and you can taste the careful thought put into the recipes and quality ingredients. Everything was delicious and wish we could try the rest of the menu. Very friendly owners, thanks so much!

I had baos, tacos, dessert and coffee. They are the richest baos I have ever tried. What a good combination of flavors and textures. I want to go soon to try the ramen and everything else.

I had the Portobello bowl, and that was easily the most flavorful and delicious meal that I've had in Medellin so far! And I'm not even vegan!nnThe owners, Gineth and Ger, are wonderful!nnThe ambiance is very tranquil and the decorations and attention to detail (e.g., the wooden decor paired with greenery, the stoneware bowls, the way the utensils are placed in glass jars, etc.).nnCertainly would return and would recommend everyone to visit.
The dishes we ordered were delicious with a great presentation and the flavor goes without saying, the portions are generous and the attention of the owners is excellent. Super recommended.
Absolutely recommend this place. Small cute vegan restaurant that has AMAZING food. I’ve never had a bao before and it was soooo good, the tofu ceviche and the oyster mushroom tacos are out of this world. It’s also quite inexpensive, wish I could give 50 out of 5 stars. The service is great too
The best vegan food I have ever eaten, the house salad is exquisite, the mushroom tacos too. We loved everything we tried! During my trip to Colombia I ate here almost every day.

We had ramen, a salad and the aubergine bao bun and they were all delicious. Probably the best food we’ve had in Colombia (and probably the best ramen I’ve had outside Japan!), these guys really know how to cook! Would definitely go again if we had longer in Medellin.
Absolutely delicious! Cannot recommend the oyster mushroom taco enough, it was maybe the best oyster mushroom dish we’ve had in a restaurant. Home right now trying to recreate them!

This place made me want to get back into business! The owners were great to meet and they welcomed me with an authenticity that is often lacking in food service. And the food was magnificent! Perfect size, perfect hosts, perfect food! All VEGAN! The chef in me was proud. We WILL be eating here again.
Its a vegan place and has a lot of options but the taste wasn’t the best. The ramen was bland and we didn’t get one of our dishes as they forgot.
