Excellent Indian vegetarian restaurant, unfortunately closed, but it had an interesting “dish of the day” system, always with two options from a menu that included a main meal, dessert, juice, and some teas. The environment was decorated with the theme and totally pleasant!

I loved the place, the decor, and especially the food. I'm not a vegetarian and I had a great meal. I left very satisfied. The prices are also fair. The service is great and fast. I'll definitely be back.nAnd for those who are vegetarian or vegan, it's a paradise.

Very small dish, high price (for the size of the dish) with very limited vegan options. Usually the dessert, which is included in the dish, is not vegan. The dish is the dish of the day, so depending on the day you may not like it. A little disappointed.

If it was only for the food I would give 5 or 4 stars. As we arrived a little bit late(around 2pm) the waitress made us feel uncomfortable. It was like she was doing us a favour and was not a bit kind with us.nnI would recommend for the food, as I said and also for the environment.

The tip for those who want to take that friend who is not vegan/vegetarian and doesn't even want to know about it is to go on lasagna day (Thursday, if I'm not mistaken). It wins over anyone, even the most reluctant. And so you don't have to worry, there is always another option on the menu...

Gouranga is a gem in downtown Rio! The menu with starters, main courses and desserts is very affordable (around R$35.00) because, in addition to the amount of food, the flavor is great! It allows the average worker to get out of their routine and try something different without suffering. The service is great! Fast, friendly, and eye-to-eye. The decor is also very pretty. It's worth it!
