Café Los Proceres is a tribute to history and the colonial era in Choluteca. A pleasant atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere, a wide menu of hot and cold drinks, perfect to mitigate the arid climate of the region. If you are looking for a work area with a laptop, having a coffee and observing the idiosyncrasies of the city, I think this is an ideal place.

The place and the concept of the restaurant are very nice, it is quite quiet, I think there is a bit of lighting missing in the room. Regarding the salad that I ordered, far from being a Caesar salad, loaded with mayonnaise and without parmesan cheese, the chicken seemed to be reheated, I hope to go back and try something else on the menu because I would not recommend ordering the Caesar Salad.
