Very delicious food, perfect customer service, the atmosphere of the place feels very good, just one point that must be considered is that they have to put a limit on small children who come in to sell, I understand why they do it, and I understand why the restaurant lets them in because of its history, but it is uncomfortable to reject small children who are not to blame, especially because so many come and one feels bad for rejecting them.

I had a regrettable experience. I ordered just a coffee and from what I noticed they were upset that I didn't spend more. The waiter stayed the whole time I was next to me waiting and watching when I finished my coffee to charge me.

Horrible music at full volume. Today Good Friday they would have respected and not played that music so loudly. Very badly . Their products are good but much to be desired, it looks like a canteen.

I asked for the bill and waited for 20 minutes. The waiter stood by the bar all this time and was just looking at me sometimes. I gestured to him several times. In the end, after 20 minutes, when I started expressing, he simply took the card terminal and came over. When I asked why it took so long, he apologized with a look as if I were the patient one.

The food is very expensive for what it is, it took them a long time to give us a dish and a tea and the atmosphere is not very pleasant because many people come in to ask for money or offer things from outside.

I do not recommend going to this restaurant when there are about 3 hours left until closing, they serve you very poorly and the food tasted terrible, the excessive cost of the dishes is not worth it for their flavor and quality, adding the poor customer service attitude of the waiters, the only redeeming thing is the theme of the place

A pleasant place located in the center of Guatemala City. It has a unique style (kitchen was what we called back in the day ) that makes your stay cozy and fun. The dishes are excellent, and the service is great.nIt's clearly a gathering place for all kinds of people; there were whole families, groups of friends, and couples.

1st day in Guatemala City. Excellent culinary experience, the poke bowls are very good and fresh and the pancakes are delicious. The servers are smiling and efficient. I recommend 200%.

I stopped by here to eat some crepes, and I was surprised by how good they tasted! I would recommend! But I would say that they could make it easier to eat the bottom of the crepe.
