This restaurant is inside a warehouse that shares space with other food businesses or workshops, we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon...and since the restaurant we were going to at that time no longer provided kitchen service...we decided to give it up. a look at this one besides the fact that it is on the ground floor and closed at 7pm...we decided to go in and see...we parked on the street although it is difficult to park outside or inside we were lucky...well from its façade it is picturesque, you enter and it is how to go back In the past it has a mix of seventies furniture...when the chairs were made of plastic lining or the chair was made of transparent acrylic...we were the only ones in the place despite it being a Saturday and lunch time. We thought we would look at the menu and if something happened to us I was convinced we would eat there... We know about vegan foods even though we are not and we stayed... The place has 2 quite large areas to choose where to sit... we decided to go to the second area where the bathrooms are close... and there is a young In a kind of module with your computer and answering the phone, there is a refrigerator with some products and a shelf and table where some items for sale are displayed. It caught my attention that they sold olong tea (blue tea) and lion's mane capsules...in extract...which are the recommended ones...at $60O pesos...that's what they cost when they are extract. In a basket they had some chocolate donuts that looked delicious and the young man told me that the novelty was that they were baked and not fried in oil as they usually are. Well, returning to the restaurant...we ordered the Tampiquito hamburger and a mushroom pirate... And for starters, broccoli soup which seemed very economical to me since the small portion is $50 pesos, the hamburger and the taco are expensive for not being a base of meat but beans and mushrooms...the mushroom was not shitake in this case it was probably cremini...so the cost is not justified...the hamburger at 2OO pesos is expensive...it tastes good because Generally, when they are made from beans, chickpeas or quinoa, they are quite dry on the palate and have a good texture, complemented by richly seasoned Galeana-type potatoes. They have a really tasty sauce bar where you can go and serve yourself the portion you like... that's appreciated... some time later I saw that there were already a couple of tables occupied but in the entrance area where the kitchen is... I feel like The place is missing something... although its food is seasoned... I would change the seventies furniture and improve the lighting... there was a screen but it was not on and the music was very low... the bathrooms were clean... I was struck by the fact that They have the detail of using soap Rocco's mom's liquid...it's a toxic-free soap...good detail...another thing I would change is the plating...it looks cheap...I don't like eating hot soups in plastic bowls...if they take care of the vegan thing too Take care of the issue of contaminating food with micro plastics.nThere is a lack of more customer service, especially identifying when it is your first time there and giving you suggestions from the menu... welcome... because if you don't ask, they won't tell you anything... the owner checks those details.
