I ordered take away of 4 sushi rolls, beef special and soup special. I let them know that I'd be right back as I needed to get something from Eldons. They acknowledged and said ok. We left and came back to the order not even being put in. No acknowledgement that they screwed up, no apology. So we had to wait 30+ min for them to put the order in again.nnSoup was delicious. The sushi was terrible. The rice was hard and old. There was barely any fish. Mostly rolled up rice. The beef order didn't even get packed instead we got a canned tuna salad with rice and cold red beans. Also terrible.nnDefinitely would not go back based on poor food quality and customer service.

What a nice little place. While staying at Pineapple Villas, we got take-out from Valentina's (a quick walk down the road). Very friendly staff. They speak precious little English, and I speak precious little Spanish, but we made it work. Since I'm on Keto and can't eat rice, the lady there (Valentina?) offered to make poké bowls (off-menu item), one with extra veggies and no rice for me. While waiting, I had a pleasant conversation with Carlos, who worked hard to communicate with me. - Such a nice experience.....thanks, Carlos!nnThe poké bowl flavors were good. - My one complaint?.....The edamame (of which there was a lot) was still in the pod. Edamame is a finger food with the pod not really being edible. And, the pods were covered with sauce, so holding them and working to get the beans out was a very messy affair. For something you normally eat with chopsticks, I would have preferred beans already shelled, or a different vegetable in the mix.nnOverall, a very nice experience. Would probably give 4.5 stars just for the service, if I could.

If you like good sushi, don’t eat here. The wakame salad tasted off/strange and what was supposed to be the California roll tasted like it had been doused in laundry detergent. Upon further inspection it was whatever the imitation crab meat was that tasted so horribly. I kept trying to find something on my plate that tasted good so I could reset my palate, but there was not a single thing that I was looking forward to having another bite of.

The food is good, the service is soooooo slow, if you are more than a group of 4, split into smaller groups and come in at different times, they cant handle it. If you do wait for the food, the cronchy roll is outstanding, the frozen lemonade is great but pricey, the pasta isnt bad, the coconut shrimp is good but its a small plate of small shrimp. The fried rice is ok, lacks flavor. I wanted to try the island roll but it never made it.

Good evening, my experience was a little bad since I wanted to celebrate my birthday dinner and when I saw the page it said it was open and when I got to the place it was closed, and it was 7 and the schedule said they closed at 9, I think I should be a little more careful with the schedule

I was really excited to try Valentinas but sadly I wouldn't recommend. We arrived at 1:30 on a Monday & were told they had no sushi. We ordered appetizers for our meal (nachos & fried rice). There was only 1 other table in restaurant but it took over an hour to get our food.nnOur dishes were brought out separately & so far apart that I had finished my meal before my friend's dish was brought to the table. Other than bringing the food & our first 2 drinks, the employee never came back to provide any other service or ask if we wanted more drinks or anything.nnI'm not sure if they were having an off day but this might be one of the most disappointing dining experience I've had in the last year.
