The food was delicious and everything, but the service was terrible. We arrived and ordered, but one of the girls was standing in the food court and knew there were two orders. It took her ages to serve the next one just because one egg was missing. At least they were making it in ash. They served another large family and still hadn't given us the missing order! To top it all off, she kept asking us what our order was. Don't they know how to take orders or something? You don't have to repeat things so often to get them done!
Bad experience! We arrived on Saturday, April 19, 25 at 8 and they gave us some prices, it seemed good to us and that's why we came back the next day and they gave us other prices, but very high ones. Also, our mother was not given a senior citizen discount, which is the law in our country. And the price screen. They said it was not updated. Of course, when they saw that we were tourists, they took an eye out of our faces.

I am starving from eating baleadas after driving 8 hours imagining eating some baleadas after a week, I ordered 5 baleadas and they were not worthy of putting even a piece of bitten cheese on it. Mind you, I didn't go 10 minutes before they closed and that was an excuse to serve me poorly. I went more than an hour before. I never recommend it.

To begin with, self-service is super slow. And the restaurant was empty. Staff not focused and concentrated on what they are doing. We ordered the combo 3 that comes with two baleadas and some nachos on the side. The baleadas were ugly, the beans were almost sour and the meat was stewed, not fried. I had to ask for change because I ordered pork and they had put beef fajitas on the baleada. The horrible nachos. And they take too long
