If you're looking for one of the most consistently recommended dining experiences in West Bay, Roatán, Argentinian Grill is a standout. Man I felt the pain so use in moderation.nnIf you are tired of Eating Shrimp and Fish then Head to the Argentinian and get yourself a big juicy steak. You cannot beat the view
Nice portion size for snapper. Requured salt for my liking. Vegetables taste fresh and grilled to perfection. Reasonable price for seafood. Staff seemed to be unhappy and overworked.
Food was okay. Service sucks!!nWe tried the empanadas, and they were good. The coconut shrimp was also good, the West End burger, it looks good, but when you taste it, the meat has an odd taste.nService sucks!! The waiters are too busy chatting with each other, then taking care of their tables. Pointers to the Owner, if the waiters were more attentive and checked on the customers more often, you would be getting more orders, more money, and more tips for waiters as well.
We ate lunch mid-week. It wasn’t busy. We ate in the other Argentinian Grill West End and this restaurant offered similar menu except for the sides. We enjoyed our lunch and hang out in the beach chairs afterwards.
Nice, quiet place to relax away from the crowds. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for some peace. Just make sure to arrange a round-trip taxi — transportation options can be limited.
This place was great! We arrived and they set up an umbrella, table and two lounge chairs right on West Bay Beach. Jonathan was great and making sure we got drinks and food throughout the 4 hours. The beef empanadas were hands down our favorite though the beef tenderloin sandwich was also really good.
An awesome bar and grill on the beach. Excellent service and great drink selection! There is inside seating and you can pay to sit on the beach for a low price. Tons of beach activities around the location.
I had a delicious 12 oz tenderloin. Perfect cut of meat with chimichurri sauce. Sit-down place, right on the beach so the string of cruise ship passengers coming in to use the restrooms was non-stop. Atmosphere is a beach sports bar but the food was awesome.
What a dinner we had here!nLuís is our super friendly waiter, good advice and a lot of energy.nWe had the 2 lobsters and the grilled fish, everything was amazing, perfectly cooked and seasonned. Delicious.nThe ratatouille as side dish was absolutely extraordinary, the best I ever had, with the perfect taste and cooking for the vegetables. The baked potatoe was creamy, grilled and cheesy. Excellent.nI normally never go back twice but here we are for round 2 the next day.nA bit expensive but really worth the extra $$$
Wonderful restaurant. Delicious food and great service. Views of the beach, water and sunsets are amazing
Very good restaurant, serves seafood, hamburger with fries, grill, the drinks are just perfect
Great food. Keylime pie was the best I’ve had and I’ve had many.
Best meal we had on our visit to Roatán. Service was great. Food was plentiful and tasty. Good presentation and atmosphere. I had the Mar y Tierra...the steak was on point and the lobster was tender and flavorful.nShould have come here at least two nights as there were other items on the menu I would have liked to order.nOh, we forgot our CC and we came back the next day and it was there. No funny business. Just smiles and a desire to help.
Argentinian! Great atmosphere, the steaks are generous & the ratatouille was my favorite side! We actually went back a second time because we enjoyed it so much! My family’s favorite in West Bay!
We ate several meals here during our stay in West Bay, and it was delicious every time. We enjoyed the vibe and beautiful views here, too.nnAll of the staff were very friendly and super helpful. (Thank you for taking such great care of us when we'd stop in!)nnP.S. Get the surf and turf and curry potatoes. It's amazing!
Didn't eat but had the best mojitos!! Both basil and mint ones were terrific and staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
Beautiful place and wonderful food❤️❤️
Extremely expensive place, the coffee was anything but coffee, everything was very run down and the waiters forgot we existed, that's my experience
It was so good that we went back! Perhaps the best steak I have ever had in Carribean, this place did it up right! The perfect views and comfortable atmosphere were only surpassed by the great service and delicious food.
This is our second time in Roatan. Last time we ate here twice. It has been two years, so we were hopeful that it was as good as we remembered.nnIt most certainly was. They have a nice wine selection. The steak was cooked perfectly as ordered. The grilled vegetables were just right. The empanadas with chimichuri were great.nnThe service was quick and friendly.
I would have posted a picture of our food but we had been diving all day and I was famished, but the resulting empty plates are testament to our delightful meal! We both got tenderloin steak 8 and 12 oz respectively and they were expertly cooked and delicious! The sides of Curry Potatoes, ratatouille, and beans and rice were all exceptional. Though I’d go for the Curry Potatoes and ratatouille personally! All in all a great meal at a superb location!
It's on the beach. Amazing setting but the food was bland and wayyy overpriced. Service was super slow. They forgot about us. Bad bad bad
Overcharging people to use the beach .. $20 per person . Absurd.nThe food was okay at best. A bit further down they had lobster that was much cheaper and super juicy!nCashier guy was rude and they inflated my bill as if I hadn’t calculated it. He states “it’s a tax” although there are no taxes. Ultimately that was his tip , as I didn’t give him the extra I had planned on. Tourists beware
The service at this restaurant was top notch. Our waiter had a booster seat ready for our two year old before we got to our table. The fish was delicious!
Very nice restaurant. Great service and food. Ocean views and a pleasant atmosphere.nnAccess can be a bit confusing, but it's not impossible to get there, so I recommend placing signs along the way to guide visitors.
The food is very good, it is a mix of Caribbean and Argentinian. I had my doubts about going in to eat because it is on the beach, but we really liked both the meat and the seafood, the presentation of the dishes and the service, so we came back.
By far... the best food you can get on this side of the island*****nBy far the best place to eat on this side of the island*****
BEST spot in Roa! Absolutely amazing the food, the customer service and is actually steps from the beach.nWe tried beers, chicken fingers and garlic fish and we repeated. Went 2 times there and was amazing both of them.
Monkey LaLa and Piña colada were delicious. Excellent customer service
Overall all a very enjoyable dining experience. Luis our server was very personable, welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was incredibly delicious and prices for a beachfront establishment were reasonable.
Great grill on Roatan. Huge portions, well cooked meat and the empanadas were delicious. Definitely on the more expensive side for dinner on the island but worth it to get a steak with chimichurri sauce
The food was very delicious.
Best food and wine in the Island recommend 1000%
