At first I was a little impatient waiting 40 minutes, but when I tried the food I realized that the wait was completely worth it.nnThe food is delicious (much better than in some expensive restaurants); and the flavors, very different from what one is used to. I completely recommend it. Very good place to go with someone.
The food was delicious, we loved everything. A unique experience for the palate and the only African food place in El Salvador nnMy wife and I enjoyed it very much, we hope to eat again
Excellent service and delicious food, very attentive and cheerful owner
I went today and had chicken and pork, $5.50 and $6.50 plus a pineaple drink $2.25. The food is good, I was excited to visit this place but the guy ended up charging 16 usd and something, Total was 14.25 and not even with the 10% is 16 something. Please ask for an invoice and pay what you have consumed.nnEdit: no, you asked me for 1usd extra which I gave you, Total 21 usd something. I'm just saying with no hard feelings you should provide an invoice. Overall, your food is good.
The samosas and muchomo are delicious! Affordable prices and attention 10 out of 10
Delicious African food, new flavors for Salvadoran palates.
Amazing food! I'm im awe with the food, samosas are amazing and recently I've tried the Chapati Rolex, amazing dishes! Definitely a must try!
A must see when visiting San Salvador, whether you’re dining in with the family or going on a date, Unapenda Chakula is truly a gem! Benjamin’s service will not disappoint
Great food, and friendly owner.
Really good food and a great customer service!
It's always very good service, everything about food is just awesomeness delicious!!
It is the first restaurant that offers African food in the country, the flavors are intense but balanced, you can enjoy each one very well, I tried two dishesn1. Grilled chicken accompanied by potato, banana, fresh tomato and a curried cabbage salad, excellent flavor and seasoning.n2. a burrito style stuffed with beef in a tortilla similar to a thousand leaf, deliciousnnBeing a foodcourt type place, the environment is neutral for all the businesses there, an aspect to improve the smoke extraction at one point could be seen in the place of the table.nnThe prices really are super affordable with a little less than $15 for two people to eat.
Delicious and made with love.
It's worth the wait, as Benjamin makes the dishes fresh. I had to wait about 45 minutes. During that time, I drank a pineapple and ginger soda (fabulous). The menu item I ordered was Pork Muxhomo and Rolex ciabatta. The flavors are delicious.nnNote: Payment methods: NIU platform (add 5%, I think) and cash.
The food is very delicious, the man who serves is very friendly.
We loved Benjamin's food! We ordered the chicken, pork and beef along with the samosas and they were exquisite. Everything was grilled to perfection and had a very rich flavor. It reminded us of the African flavors we tried some time ago. The new hot sauce gives it a special touch.nn100% recommended. You won't regret trying it
