It's a super vibrant and creative little place. The portions are perfect for trying several dishes with different flavors at once; everything was delicious. The kimchi tastes spectacular!

I’ve given 4 stars as there’s no option for 3.5. We had the kimchi noodles, soba noodles, vegan tofu dumplings and Thai satay chicken dumplings. The noodles were tasty although they were served cold which was a surprise and then the chicken filling in the dumplings wasn’t great so that was a little disappointing. decent enough food and i probably wouldn’t be as critical but the price is crazy high. I know we’re not in Asia but it just feels strangely overpriced. The girl that served us was lovely and the presentation was great as well as all the sauces and toppings

Dumplings Aqui in San Juan del Sur is AMAZING! Seriously, go here. Their dumplings are incredibly tasty, whether you get the Asian style or the potato pierogi. The toppings and sauces are a must-try – they make everything even better. The place is small and cozy, and the people working there are super friendly. You can tell they put a lot of care into their food. Also love the owner is Canadian!nIf you're in San Juan del Sur, you absolutely have to eat at Dumplings Aqui. It's a real gem!

With all of the Over-priced restaurants in San Juan del Sur, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dumplings Aqui. I ordered 8 pork and chive dumplings and a Thai Iced Tea. What I received were 8 huge, overstuffed dumpling bursting with flavor. The addition of the hot chili oil, and a little Sriracha brought it over the top. The Thai Iced tea was creamy and lightly spiced, and it wasn't very sweet, which I appreciated. This is a small place, literally a hole in the wall, but it has a cool internal design, and 3 stools facing the kitchen, and 3 stools facing the street. You can take them to go, as well as in frozen bulk, so you can make them at home. This is my favorite spot in SJDS for sure

Came for some hungover dumplings and they were even better than we were expecting (based on what we heard from many people)!! The owner is so lovely and really looked after us. You must go get dumplings here if you’re visiting SJDS!!

WHAT TO EXPECT? Small, intimate Dumpling/Gyozas restaurant 5 mins walk from beachfront with 4 chairs at chefs counter and 4 high seats at the street front. 6 delicious fillings including choose from including pork, Thai chicken, cheesy, Italian sausage each with unique garnishes and toppings. Choose between 4 / 8 / 12 dumplings to order and can mix flavours. Selection of mocktail drinks and options to BOYB from the supermarket opposite.nnPOSITIVES- I honestly cannot rate this place highly enough. Run by the most lovely Canadian couple that were so friendly and gave us loads of great San Juan restaurant / bar / surfing recommendations. Food was absolutely gorgeous, huge, packed with filling, full of flavour. Home made chilli and sriracha was super tasty. Cute that it's a really small personal place where you can see them cooking right Infront of you.nnPAY / COST / PRICE- cash only (ATM in supermarket opposite). 12 dumplings was 460 Cordoba. No automatically added tip.nnTOP TIP- This place is perfect for a quick lunch bite or a chill evening Asian feast of dumplings. If you love Asian food, go. Do it.

It’s alright, mostly nice to have the option. Just feels overpriced for kinda bland flavorn(Response to owner)nYikes and rude apparently! Just because you guys flood your dumplings in sauce, it doesn’t change the fact that the filling is bland and boring. Try grow up and take constructive criticism.nnChild, you are right where you belong.
