As the name suggests, coming to Voiayo is a journey of flavors, an experience like visiting a dear friend's house to taste wonders made with love and dedication. The menu is fully guided and explained on the spot, and you can watch it being prepared.nnIt's not the typical Indian cuisine for those who expect radical flavors or even those who are intolerant of heat, as these dishes are guided more toward Ayurvedic versions and very well balanced, even with surprises and innovative flavors in their preparations.nnYou can also specify that your dish be completely vegan for those who follow this type of diet.nnI highly recommend visiting this restaurant; I consider it a necessary and very enriching experience in terms of national culture and gastronomy.

Spectacular food!!!!!!….I have no words to describe this journey of flavors. And the unique experience…..
It is the first Indian food restaurant that I tried in Caracas and I loved the food, it was delicious, a totally different proposal from what usually predominates in the city.nnThey have a weekly menu, everything is vegetarian, so it varies depending on when you go but it consists of a single large plate with mini dishes called a Thali. This time we had a plate of cottage cheese with spinach sauce, one of potato gnocchi with spicy sauce, rice with toasted coconut, a potato and coconut samosa, a kind of sweet chili bun and a lentil omelet with spinach. Everything, absolutely everything was incredibly delicious, I would return a thousand times for the food.nnAdditionally, they gave us a drink called lassi, which is used to cleanse the palate of the spiciness based on yogurt, pumpkin and spices, and for dessert they gave us a gulab, which is a kind of donut with honeydew.nnFinally they gave us a digestive tea based on turmeric, anise seeds and other spices.nnIt works by reservation since it does not have the typical structure of a restaurant, it is on the ground floor of a building and you enter directly into the kitchen where they have a counter and you see the entire process. It's a small place, I don't think they cater to several groups of people, but it's quite private. The chef, who studied gastronomy directly in India, is the one who serves, serves and explains the dishes. You can talk to him, ask questions and make comments.nnMaybe I don't feel so comfortable in such small places, but it's not an impediment to coming back and trying another dish of the week. Everything happens pretty quickly and in a matter of 1 hour we were done.nnYes it is worth going and trying.
Authentic vegetarian food, made with a lot of love and detailing. You may not find 100% Indian taste because it’s fusion. Vegetarians would love the options. The food is made with fresh ingredients and a lot of positive energy. The entire team puts its heart in the food it makes.
I can't explain the experience to you, the food is incredible, the place is incredible, the attention is incredible, the chef is the sweetest thing in the world and it is definitely the best Indian food I have eaten, not only in Venezuela. I highly recommend it.
Delicious and nutritious! I'll be back for sure.
The best vegetarian/Indian food place in all of Caracas!!! The food was spectacular, as was the attention the owner served us and delighted us with super interesting information about each of the delicious dishes and even entertained us with live music!!! Don't forget to visit this hidden gem of the city ❤️
The gastronomic experience is incredible, and Genaro with his hands and sweet voice make you spend a unique, sublime and delicious moment.
Excellent attention and service, a small place with the flavor of India in a corner of Venezuela... The Chef prepared in India brings his own flavor to the people of Caracas... I recommend it 1000%
It is an Indian restaurant with vegetarian Ayurvedic food... typical Indian food. Extraordinary flavors.
