This place prioritizes vegans/vegetarians. So I'm grateful to the lovely woman who invited me to change my perspective on vegetarian food. It's an exciting place that encourages dialogue and conversation.
This week I went for a skirt steak malportadilla and a pastor bad girl, my absolute favorites.nEverything was great, the service and food were 10/10.nThank you!
I've been eating there for years, but I think the quality has dropped when it comes to takeout. The tacos al pastor come out very burnt, and you don't enjoy them as much.
Delicious tacos The Oaxacan chocolate ice cream was a little sweet. The service was efficient and good.
Super rich flavor, go without prejudices about vegan food and you will have a great experience
Excellent service, the price seemed reasonable and they also accept card payments, although the food was a bit lacking, but it's a good option if you're in the area.
Pure flavor in Malportaco!nnThis place is, without a doubt, the best for tacos and vegan food in Mexico City. Every dish is a delight: tacos, tortas, alambres, baked potatoes, onions, tlayudas, and their unmissable beans. Everything is designed to leave even those who eat animal products speechless. Plus, the salsas are delicious.nnWe had to wait a little while for a table, but service was prompt and totally worth it. Pamela and the entire team were super friendly, creating a warm and delicious experience.nnMy husband and I were delighted. We give it a 10/10 for flavor, price, quality, and portions. We just couldn't stomach it to try everything... but we'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended! ✨
It is always closed or they open it whenever they want.
The service is fast and the attention is very good, but the flavor isn't the best in Mexico City, especially the al pastor tacos.nnI loved that it feels like going to a conventional taqueria, where there's a variety of tacos , variations, tortillas, and even onions; but the flavor is quite spicy and not very clean (it feels unnecessarily oily and greasy) or fresh.nnMy favorites were the tripa tacos, for that golden yet chewy taste; although they taste very similar to the carnitas tacos you find elsewhere.nnThey excel at speed, as does the attention to detail and organization of the kitchen and waitresses. The menu clearly states that the tripa, chicharrón, or tongue tacos are more expensive, and even so, when requesting a modification, the waitress asks if you're happy with the extra charge, which I think is very appropriate.nnI would go back more for the feeling of going to a full taqueria and the service than for the flavor.
Very tasty!!!, good price!
We have eaten there on different occasions and they are always very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, I recommend the tlayuda. The prices are quite affordable and consistent with quality and flavor.
I don't have many references for vegan tacos but they are so good!
Everything is very delicious
I don't know, but I love malportaco, the neta is a delight and my family thinks the same
One of the best vegetarian tacos in CDMX!!!nnAlways order the Rude Escuincle, you won't regret it!
The food is very delicious and there are interesting options on their menu.
The taste of the shepherd's taco did not convince me, the tortilla is well prepared but in general the ingredients are perceived as very independent and do not fuse in a way that is pleasant to the palate.nThe sauces are good, nothing extraordinary.nAttentive service.
Pure deliciousness in this place! It is THE place for vegan tacos in CDMX, without a doubt. All delicious, varied menu, not only tacos, they also have cakes, wires, baked potatoes, tlayudas and beans. This place is proof against people who eat animals, because they are delicious! The service is still a little sloppy and sometimes you have to stand in line and wait for a table. Another issue is that they open a little late, at 5, but it's worth the wait.
One of the best tacos in CDMX. 100% vegan. With good music and good service
2019: This place was open at midnight, it was beautiful. No other vegan place respected their hours and this one did! Thank you very much for your service!nUpdate 2025:nThe food is getting better and better, the place has changed a lot for the better.nWe had a Lemon Pie dessert that we really liked and I couldn't take a photo anymore.
We chose the place based on Google recommendations and they were not wrong, the tripa tacos are delicious, the placero taco, don't miss it, is very delicious, I ordered one with pumpkin flower which I thought was the one I would like the most, but I didn't like it as much as I didn't like the flavor of the cheese as much, my friend ordered a chorizo cake with shepherd and it was delicious, the water of the day was very delicious, the staff was very good, always attentive and in a good manner, the prices fair, the place cleannnThe place is small and we had to eat at the table on the street, it is a little annoying that many people walk their dogs right next to the tables that are on the sidewalk and many street vendors
One of the best vegan places in CDMX. Everything is delicious but the taco placero, the little demon and taco de panza are spectacular. Ask for dessert when they make a seasonal special, they are always delicious, like the mango ice cream. Their fixed dessert is rice pudding and marzipan and it is incredible.nThe daily water is always fresh and natural. Highly recommended. Arrive early because there will be a line later.
Tremendous!!! I really can't wait to go back. Excellent flavors and great atmosphere. I went with my friends who are not vegetarian and they also loved all the tacos.
Good vegan tacos. The bad thing is that they give names of carnivorous dishes and you don't crave them as a vegan until you try them.
The food is good, but nothing exceptional, in the end the flavor gets a little tiring. We ordered a Tlayudas with three meats, the size was large, one is more than enough but it had too much cabbage and beans which killed the flavor of the vegan meat. I also ordered a tongue taco which was delicious. We had to ask for flavored water because they no longer had soft drinks, although they were really delicious. One of the waitresses served us incredibly well, but the other waitress and the girl who charges have a super dry attitude. When we arrived there were no tables available, then two more couples arrived and they went first to the last girl who arrived with her friend because she knew the employees.
The concept is cool!nThe tacos are all good.nThe baked potato is too big to order alone.
The tacos al pastor are tasting less delicious
Ask about the special, when I went there were tlayudas, but everything is delicious, the music is spectacular and the service excellent
The truth is I didn't imagine they were so delicious, I'm not a vegetarian and I loved them, they have several options, the tacos are delicious, the water too, I missed dessert because I was satisfied, but the ice cream looked very good, the tlayuda is very delicious, the baked potato, little devil taco, the order of tacos is rude kid.
