Food was not good at all.. I would avoid this place. The price does not reflect the quality of the food.
It took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. When it did arrive, it was unfortunately only half tasty. But the outdoor seating in the center of town is nice, and it's very affordable.
We wanted to try more Nicaraguan food and this was the place! Staff were friendly and food was good, might be more challenging to order if you don’t speak/read Spanish but you can always use Google.
Tried the Vigoron but the pork was only bones, no meat. Tostones with cheese were good.
Very mediocre cuisine. Very unfavorable experience for high prices. Go on your way without stopping there.
Excellent traditional food and charming decor. The indio viejo was very tasty.
Surprisingly nice place. Its in a turisty area but the food was still nice and good priced and the portion was quite big. Friendly waitress, thanks :)
Very good service, delicious food, and affordable prices.nA perfect place if you want to have a few beers.
Given the reviews, I had higher expectations for the place, but at least for my taste, the meat was tough and flavorless, the fish had a texture that wasn't all that pleasant, and the cheese didn't taste good.nnI did think the drinks were good.
A surprisingly disappointing visit to a well-recommended restaurant. Very slow service on a quiet night, out of several menu items, and mediocre food. Would not recommend.
Waited an hour and a half before I just left before the food came. Was the only person in the restaurant. Weird vibes
The food is expensive and it takes forever to serve the dishes.
We ate the roast chicken and beef, totally delicious and tasty. Each ingredient was exceptional and the prices were excellent (between 200-220 Córdobas per roast). I recommend it without a doubt!
Fantastic tacos and the churros de pollo for the kids went down extremely well. Big fan of the frijoles too.
The music was so loud that you couldn't talk.
Amazing person ran the Palace, winston n. 1!
Very tasty and good service
Best food in town, nice people
Comidas Típicas in Granada is a hidden gem and easily the best reasonably priced restaurant in the city. While many other places in Granada can be quite expensive, Comidas Típicas offers a fantastic alternative without compromising on taste or quality. The dishes here are authentically Nicaraguan, packed with flavor, and prepared with care.nnWhat really stands out is the value for money. You get generous portions of super tasty, traditional food at prices that are much more affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy delicious local cuisine without breaking the bank.nnThe atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Whether you're a budget traveler or just someone who appreciates good food at a fair price, Comidas Típicas is a must-visit in Granada.
The food was delicious. The location was nice, centrally located. The service was good.nHowever, it felt more expensive than last time. They also wanted to improve the smell coming from the bathrooms.nBut I still recommend it
We have been here twice and the food and the service is very good. In would recommend the Agados. Really good!
Food for a small portion. And expensive for nicaraguan standard.
The food was ugly, the quantity was tiny, the soft drinks were more water than anything else, the mushroom sauce was transparent and seemed rancid.
