They asked money for the extra bread
If I could, I would give Garden Cafe 11 out of 10 stars. The design of the space is flawless. Simple with lots of lush landscaping and cool tile throughout. The food is incredible. So fresh and a great variety of flavors and options. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. Amazing and will be back soon!!!
A truly enchanting place, where you can relax and eat something from breakfast to dinner. The menu is varied with a healthy focus and attention to the quality of the ingredients. Everything is fresh and very good. Excellent choice of drinks and homemade desserts. In the place there is also a small shop of local crafts and costume jewelry as well as the possibility of buying local products. Very friendly staff. The bill is a bit in line with the trendy style of the place but honest.
My favorite spot for food! We came here for lunch and a separate time just for dessert. The passionate fruit cheesecake was amazing. I had the fish tacos. And the smoothie with tahini, banana, dates and espresso was EXCELLENT!! The service is great and love the atmosphere, especially sitting outside with the lush green/garden around.
Perfect breakfast / lunch restaurant in Granada, staff is really nice and everything we ordered was very tasty!
Beautiful place for light and heavy food. Delicious various coffe types. Has a small variety of pastry. Service to client is top of the cream. Environment is awesome. At night parking on the ave is fine. Some one will look out for it and of course for a tip but that's fine.
Super pretty cafe. Coffee is first class speciality coffee and they also sell 100% arabica nicaraguan coffee which was great.nChocolate cake was 10/10 and staff were very hospitable and friendly answering all my questions about the coffee.nIt's very expensive its worth noting. But ultimately its a cafe made for tourists and you get the standard you want.
Very pleasant atmosphere, very good and friendly service. The food is delicious. The craft shop is also very cute.
Beautiful coffee shop and ambiance, very nice spot for hanging out with friends or doing some work/studying.nHad very high expectations for the coffee since they use good equipment and specialty coffee, but found the espresso needing a bit more dialling in (it tasted under-extracted and needed a bit more sweetness and body).nThe menu options are healthy, the power bowl was tasty, the shakes were good but not exceptional.nOverall I found the higher price tag was justified by the ambiance and not the quality of the food/coffee
The pata de perro wrap was absolutely out of this world. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. My friend ordered the pork ribs and really enjoyed them too. They were tender, full of flavor, and left him completely satisfied. Unfortunately, the dessert did not live up to the rest of the meal. I had the chocolate cake and it was much too dry. The frosting seemed rushed and gritty, and you could really taste the granulated sugar, which took away from what should have been a smooth and sweet finish. On a brighter note, the little store next to the cafe had some wonderful finds. I picked up a few postcards and a beautifully made pillowcase that I absolutely loved. The service was friendly and helpful, and the drinks were just as good as the food. Overall, it was a fun and tasty visit with only one small disappointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT? Relaxed outdoor cafe with wooden table seating for 2-4 people surrounded by plants and waterfountain. Dine in or take out cafe serving variety of salads, health bowls, sandwiches, pasta, fish, desserts and many hot and cold drinks. Leather goods and clothes shop attached.nnPAY / PRICE / COST- Can pay card without fee. Can pay cash. Menu attached. We had 2 meals and 2 drinks for 44USD.nnPOSITIVES- Friendly service. Extensive drinks menu. Nice atmosphere and setting. Desserts perfect to have in or takeaway.nnNEGATIVES- Food was fine, nothing spectacular.n.
Amazing food, great ambiance and good service. One of the must visit restaurants when you are in Granada.
It’s more of a small cage with protein shakes and sandwiches etc. the shake I had was literally amazing nothing like I have ever had before. If you need a protein shake go here. The fish was really tasty and came with beets. The sliders came with mostlynFillers and not enough pork. Mostly foreigners go here and they have a small gift shop and homemade deserts.
Very stylishly decorated café with the best chocolate tart ever!!nCoffee was also very good, as was lunch. Definitely a big recommendation :)
Really beautiful place. Light and airy, although hard to find a cool spot (in April). Coffee okay. Salad good, enhanced by their humous. Chipotle wrap very, very good indeed.
We stopped by for a late afternoon snack and had a really nice experience. The veggie tacos were delicious. We were too close to a big dinner to fill up but ended up regretting not trying anything from the bakery case - the brownies looked amazing. Thanks to Byron for the great service!
Beautiful spot with nice souvenirs and the best juices and burritos in town! Really nice staff as well - highly recommended!
The best breakfast I had in Nicaragua! Super delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and the gift shop has a lot of local variety. I would return, recommended
Mixed feelings about here. Have come twice as it’s a lovely peaceful place to sit, great interior design. The smoothie we had the first time was great, got coffee and the chicken pesto sandwhich the second time. The coffee is okay, nothing special, sandwhich was also okay, was expecting great things due to the expensive price and it wasn’t very fresh, had some on-the-verge-of rotten lettuce in it… also didn’t feel very comfortable sat there as every ten minutes a cleaner came past and started mopping the floor under our legs.nSomething to bare in mind is this place is already expensive but be ready to pay an extra 25% at the end of your bill - a 15% tax and then an “optional” 10% service charge that is already put on so if you don’t want to pay you will have to uncomfortabley ask them to remove.
Pretty little cafe/restaurant. I got the Dahl (lentils served with rice) and Limonada con coco. Everything tasted really good and the ambience with the garden was really nice.
Starting with the staff, they are super friendly. Good food, and exquisite coffee. Every time I go to Granada I come to this cafe. Highly recommended!
Great atmosphere and a nice, cozy restaurant. The food is really delicious, especially the Natilla de Limon! We have been there on several days during our vacation and can highly recommend it. Prices are comparatively high, but you get good quality.
Everything is very good, the service is very good and the food is excellent.
Very nice place, good customer service10000/10
Spectacular food, good service from the staff and very nice place. 20/10
Delicious all the breakfasts we tried!! 20/10
Excellent coffee, fine service and beautiful place. Highly recommended!
Beautiful and pleasant place, excellent service and delicious food. The bread is tasty. It leaves me wanting to return.
Nice, but overpriced. The 70% hot chocolate is so good, however another time I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk. The price came to 7.50$!! And I could barely taste matcha in the drink. We ate here for dinner one night which was nice, fresh and healthy. Some of the staff are friendly and some are not. Nice garden to sit in. The vegan chocolate torte is AMAZING.
The atmosphere is good and the food is delicious.
Lovely setting, delicious coffee, but dry, over-refrigerated baked goods.
Went here for a cocktail and a beer. The drinks themselves were pretty okay, but quite expensive for what you got. Be aware that they add tax and tip to the prices on the menu. The servers are not the friendliest but the service is quite quick. Okay for a stop by to drink something, but not spectacular.
Great spot for someone traveling to Granada to feel comfortable. The garden is beautiful and the tostones were delicious! It was a tad bit on the pricey side and a slow pace, so plan on staying a bit!
